Nous tirons parti de la puissance de l'influence des célébrités, combinée à une production haut de gamme, pour déclencher un changement dans la vie des gens, ouvrir de nouveaux horizons et, en fin de compte, responsabiliser les individus grâce à un contenu éducatif et divertissant.

Quelques années plus tard, nous venons de boucler un tour de table de 15 millions d'euros avec d'investisseurs tels que Crédit Mutuel Innovation, Educapital, Left Lane Capital et un de nombreux business angels.

**A propos du poste**:
Rejoignez notre équipe dynamique en tant que _Operations Manager_, sous la responsabilité directe du _Head of Operations._

Vous serez un acteur essentiel de nos réalisations en façonnant activement l'avenir de notre entreprise en pleine croissance.

Vous mènerez des initiatives passionnantes qui stimuleront la performance opérationnelle de notre entreprise, en collaboration avec les différentes équipes (marketing, ventes, produits, service client et finances):

- **Structuration des process**:
Audit des processus internes existants.
Proposition de processus robustes et simples à maintenir dans le temps.
Optimisation et automatisation.
Soutien au déploiement avec les parties prenantes.
Maintenance et évolution dans le temps.
- **Tools**:
Identification de solutions adaptées à nos défis.
Test des solutions.
Négociation / Optimisation du budget.
Soutien au déploiement avec les parties prenantes.
Interconnexion entre ces outils.
Suivi de leur utilisation.
- **Reporting**
Définition des KPI de performance.
Suivi de la performance des évolutions de process déployées.
- **Knowledge Management**
Définition du processus de création, de saisie, de partage, d'organisation et d'utilisation des connaissances, de l'expertise et de l'expérience au sein de la société.
- **Risk Management and Compliance**:
Identifier les risques et les défis potentiels liés aux activités de l'entreprise et élaborer des stratégies pour atténuer ces risques.

**Quelques exemples de missions**:

- Optimiser le partage d'informations en interne (Slack, Asana, Notion)
- Réorganisation de Google Drive
- Automatisation de la collecte d'avis d'utilisateurs sur Trustpilot et Google
- Mise en place d'une SAAS management platform
- Optimiser le reporting de nos réseaux sociaux

**À propos de vous**
- Vous recherchez un stage de 6 mois
- Basé(e) de préférence à Paris (full-remote possible)
- Français courant obligatoire
- Anglais professionnel
- **Très organisé(e) et rigoureux(se)**:

- Autonome et débrouillard
- Compétitif et toujours à la recherche du dépassement de soi
- Excellent coordinateur de projet
- Bonne connaissance d'Excel / Google Sheets
