**Customer Sucess Manager (Stage ou alternance)**:
**Descriptif du poste**:
Pour répondre au besoin lié à l'accroissement de notre activité, nous renforçons notre équipe Chargé(e) de Satisfaction Client en stage ou alternance.

En tant que Chargé(e) de Satisfaction Client, tu seras le principal point de contact pour l'onboarding de nos nouveaux clients. Une fois à bord, tu devras t'assurerez que tous les utilisateurs restent satisfaits et bénéficient au mieux de toutes les fonctionnalités de notre plateforme.

Comme l'équipe vient d'être créée, la plupart des missions restent à définir, en fonction des tes appétences/compétences

**Quelles seront tes missions ?**:
Tes principales missions seront les suivantes:

- Suivi du NPS et de la satisfaction client
- Responsable de l'onboarding, du paramétrage et de la personnalisation de la plateforme ainsi que de la formation des nouveaux utilisateurs
- Etablir, maintenir et améliorer les relations d'iBanFirst avec ses clients à long terme
- Développer vos connaissances Produit iBanFirst afin de toujours fournir des solutions claires rapidement à toutes nos demandes clients
- Fournir la meilleure qualité de service à tous nos clients
- Résoudre les problèmes et fournir des explications claires aux clients dans un environnement sensible au temps
- En un mot, rendre tous nos clients heureux

**De quoi auras-tu besoin ?**:

- Tu prépares un Bac+2/4 et tu recherches une expérience en relation clientèle
- Tu es à l'aise avec les outils informatiques
- Tu as un très bon relationel et fais preuve d'un véritable esprit de service
- Tu es rigoureux et tu sais respecter les deadlines
- Tu parles français et **anglais couramment**
- Tu es un(e) véritable "team player"
