Operational Excellence through Connectivity at Nilfisk
- You will join the Service Business team under Martin Borst. You can be based anywhere in Europe, ideally close to one of the bigger European offices, such as Courtaboeuf, Copenhagen, Almere, Bellenberg, Penrith etc.
- Building practical solutions from the ground up
- In this hands-on position, you will:

- Develop practical process improvements: Focus on creating and implementing one improved process after another, directly impacting service operations through the smart integration of IoT data.
- Collaborate for success: Forge strong, working relationships with colleagues across the organization, including machine data analysts and ServiceMax experts, to ensure that every innovation is rooted in practicality and aligned with Nilfisk’s operational goals.
- Spearhead Customer-Centric pilots: Initiate projects by starting with the customer experience and working backward into Nilfisk, ensuring that every process improvement is grounded in real-world applicability and customer satisfaction.
- Drive operational efficiency: Utilize IoT insights for more effective service planning and pre-emptive service interventions, thereby enhancing our service delivery model and operational performance.
- Enable new business models: By focusing on pragmatic solutions and improvements, contribute to the development and implementation of new business models that rely on advanced connectivity and data analytics.
- Your impact: championing efficiency and innovation
- Through your focused efforts on process improvement and collaboration, you will play a vital role in driving Nilfisk towards operational excellence and the adoption of forward-thinking business models. Your work will directly contribute to more efficient service planning, pre-emptive interventions, and ultimately, a higher level of customer satisfaction.
