Partoo est une scale-up saas B2B qui a à cœur d’aider les commerces locaux, grandes entreprises ou PME à se rapprocher de leurs clients. Pour cela, ils ont développé une plateforme tout-en-un et différentes solutions qui s’articulent autour de 3 propositions de valeur : Get found, Get chosen & Get clients.

À travers ces 3 propositions, ils ont développé plusieurs produits qui s’adaptent aux évolutions du parcours d’achat des clients:
**Get found**

Presence: Synchroniser les informations des magasins sur les principales plateformes (Google, Facebook, Waze, etc.), annuaires et GPS.

Store Locator: Aider les clients à trouver le magasin qui leur convient grâce à des données locales actualisées et des filtres dédiés sur les sites web des enseignes.

Réseaux sociaux: Gérer les publications sur Facebook, Google, Instagram, etc.

**Get chosen**

Review: Centraliser, répondre et analyser les avis clients reçus sur Google et Facebook.

Booster: Obtenir des avis positifs supplémentaires sur Google par le biais de SMS et de QR codes.

Messages: Centraliser et répondre à tous les messages de chat reçus via Google Business Messages, Messenger et bientôt aussi via Instagram, whatsapp, etc. (templates messages, conversations starter, appels manqués...)

Leader de la visibilité en ligne en France, Partoo accompagne plus de 300 000 points de vente dans 150 pays. Nous cherchons aujourd’hui à renforcer notre équipe CSM pour apporter la meilleure expérience possible à nos clients français Mid-Market.

**EQUIPE \uD83D\uDC99**

Tu évolueras au sein du département Success composé de presque **40 **personnes, répartis en **4** équipes recouvrant nos **4** différents scopes géographiques (France, Italy & MENA, Iberia & LATAM et Europe). Côté Success France, il y a **4** managers (Lucas, Pia entre autres) et 4 CSM Mid Market dans ton équipe \uD83E\uDD29.

Tu reporteras directement à Pia, notre Team Lead CSM Mid-Market en poste depuis plus de 5 ans chez Partoo

**MISSIONS \uD83D\uDD25**:

- ** Assurer la satisfaction des clients français**:

- Accompagner la transformation digitale de réseaux entre 30 & 500 de points de vente
- Réaliser des formations sur la plateforme Partoo et les nouvelles tendances de marché
- Faire des recommandations pour améliorer la performance des clients
- Présenter des revues de performance (trimestrielles, annuelles) et démontrer la valeur de Partoo lors de meetings avec des C-Levels
- **
Assurer la croissance du portefeuille**:

- Renouveler les clients existants Détecter les opportunités de ventes additionnelles (up-sells / cross-sells)
- **Améliorer la solution Partoo et les process**:

- Collaborer avec les équipes Produit pour améliorer la plateforme (feedbacks, remontée de bugs)
- Être force de proposition sur des projets internes, participer à l'amélioration des process pour faire gagner l'équipe en efficacité

**PROFIL CIBLE \uD83C\uDFAF**:

- Minimum 4 ans d’expérience sur un rôle similaire
- Curiosité, autonomie et proactivité
- Rigueur et capacités d’organisation
- Esprit analytique et problem-solving
- Excellente communication écrite / orale
- Maîtrise de l'anglais ou volonté de progresser en anglais (meetings internes)

**Rémunération & Avantages salariaux \uD83D\uDCA1**:

- Rémunération: Entre 44k et 59K fixe (85% fixe + 15% variable) en fonction de la séniorité. Toutes nos grilles de rémunération sont définies avec l’outil Figures et sont élaborées via notre "Career Path" (séniorité, compétences et équité interne)
- BSPCE; après un an d'ancienneté, nous offrons 35% du salaire fixe annuel en BSPCE, en fonction d'une valeur pré-établie et avec un "vesting" de 3 ans, pour faire profiter les équipes de notre valorisation.
