Pour renforcer notre équipe Opérations et Customer Care, nous sommes à la recherche d’un.e stagiaire pour renforcer nos équipes à partir de Janvier 2024.

**Vos missions sont les suivantes**:
Optimiser les outils digitaux déjà en place (helpdesk, CRM, CMS, automatisation, FAQ) et lancer de nouveaux outils avec l’aide du Head.

Optimiser la Supply Chain (mise en place de nouveaux process, gestion des approvisionnements, litiges transporteur).

Accompagner le lancement de projets annexes (communauté de vendeurs, opérations commerciales, reviews, projets logistique).
