**Le poste**:
En tant que Account manager / Customer Sucess en alternance, ta mission de veiller à ce que la satisfaction de nos clients soit toujours au maximum
- Accompagner les marques dans la prise en main et la mise en œuvre de Wiink (onboarding)
- Assurer le suivi et le bon déroulement des programmes ambassadeurs de nos clients
- Veiller à ce que nous disposions toujours d'une documentation parfaite à l'usage de nos utilisateurs et des membres de l’équipe (guides etc.)
- Upsell /Cross sell : Gérer l’ensemble du cycle de vente additionnelle : identification et compréhension des besoins, démonstration du produit, présentation des offres, négociation et closing
- Travailler à l'amélioration des processus et du suivi des indicateurs clés de performance (KPI)
- Tu es la voix de nos clients, tu remontes les informations et proposes des axes d’amélioration

**Profil recherché**:

- Tu as un très bon niveau d’anglais à l’oral et à l’écrit
- Tu as une première expérience en Customer Success/Sales
- Tu as un esprit entrepreneurial et tu aimes les défis
- Tu es autonome, fiable, et tu n’hésites pas à communiquer sur les difficultés rencontrées
- Tu as de très bonnes capacités d’expression à l’oral et à l’écrit
- Tu aimes l'environnement start-up qui demande une grande adaptabilité
