**Missions**:
Amundi Technology is the business line in charge of development and promotion of the technology solutions technologiques proposed by Amundi. Amundi Technology leverages on solutions and services initiative launched in 2016, with extension since 2021 to a large portfolio of solutions that cover a major scope of the buy-side value chain.

Our flagship solutions proposed to the market are ALTO Investment (Portfolio Management Solution for Asset Managers and Asset owners) and ALTO Wealth & Distribution (Solution for Advisory and Discretionary Portfolio Management destined to distributors and private banks). Other specialized solutions are derived from our global ALTO framework are emerging, like ALTO Asset Servicing for depository control. Also, as an engaged company, Amundi has invested strongly on ESG and climate impact investment. Our ALTO Sustainability is our technology solution addressing ESG data and investment analytics for best ESG and climate decision making tool.

Within Amundi Technology, the mission statement of the sales team can be summarized as follows:

- Understand market and customer needs
- Approach prospects and new customers
- Direct sales coordination and / or in synchronization with Sales Amundi (institutional, retail, sovereigns, etc.)
- Prepare responses to calls for tenders and development of sales arguments
- Prepare and deliver customer presentations and demonstrations
- Articulate service proposals and customer solutions

The head of sales is a hybrid profile who brings a wealth of technology knowledge, excellent business acumen and confirmed leadership skills, with the following missions:

- With the help of the marketing and product team, develop a go-to-market strategy on priority zones, mainly Europe and Asia
- Manage a team of sales, solutions and pre-sales based distributed between our hubs in Paris and Dublin, with local presence in priority countries
- Look for new clients in line with the go-to-market strategy
- Conduct deals process with the sales team, with direct involvement in the sales process for large deals
- Participate in or carry out communication actions (trade fairs, forums, conferences, etc.)
- Assist the Amundi channels in offering Amundi Technology, especially the CEO, COO and local sales in targeted countries
- Animate/leverage partnerships from a sales perspective to generate increase commercial opportunities
- Consolidate and report on business plan and commercial activity

**Compétences recherchées**:

- Successful sales management experience in Software providers
- Address book and good introduction to clients
- Good writing skills to develop detailed business proposals and documents
- Dynamic, convincing, customer sensitivity, listening skills, ability to work in a team
- French and English Speaking is required, other European languages are a plus
- Demonstrable experience of being enthusiastic, inquisitive and interested in Investment Management
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Highly organised with excellent abilities to multi task
- Excellent time management skills and a team player
- Proactive and at ease with assuming responsibilities
- Detail oriented with good organisational skills
