Notre équipe se compose de 400 collaborateurs en France, à New York et à Singapore, tous unis par la même ambition : faire bouger visiblement les lignes de l’écosystème des plateformes vidéo dans le monde.

**Description du poste**
Servir de point de contact pour les annonceurs et les agences sur toutes les questions liées aux campagnes, du début à la fin du cycle de vie de la campagne. Vos principaux indicateurs de performance (KPIs) seront la conversion et la fidélisation des clients. Votre périmètre comprendra, sans s'y limiter, les éléments suivants:
- Répondre aux demandes de propositions (RFP) et aux questions des clients en collaboration avec les directeurs des ventes, l'équipe AdOps et l'équipe marketing.
- Identifier des opportunités pour les comptes clés et formuler des recommandations publicitaires solides pour répondre aux besoins et objectifs des clients.
- Développer et maintenir la relation client (fidélisation, croissance, renouvellement, et satisfaction des clients).
- Effectuer une analyse approfondie des performances des campagnes et élaborer des recommandations/actionnables pour les futures campagnes sous forme de rapports post-campagne.
- Collaborer avec l'équipe AdOps pour garantir la bonne exécution des campagnes.
- Travailler en collaboration avec l'équipe Sales Marketing pour concevoir des solutions médias et des insights efficaces.
**Qualifications**
- Une première expérience dans la publicité digitale et dans les rôles en relation avec les clients est un plus.
- Excellentes compétences organisationnelles, interpersonnelles et aisance en communication (écrites et verbales).
- Compétences informatiques solides, y compris une maîtrise avancée de la suite MS.
- Attention au détail et compétences organisationnelles ; capacité à contribuer à l'amélioration des processus, à innover et à simplifier les processus existants.
- Capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités à la fois.
- Solides compétences analytiques.
- Aptitude à identifier et résoudre les problèmes.
- Capacité à travailler aussi bien de manière indépendante qu'en équipe.
