**We are looking for a HR Analytics to join our team**

Our **Faurecia Clean Mobility** activity is looking for a **HR Analytics **for its Headquarters based in Nanterre.

We focus on exciting developments regarding hydrogen cells and zero emission cars, is constantly working on reimagining a cleaner planet.

Part of Faurecia Clean Mobility Human Resources Team, you will report to the HR Analytics manager and work in close collaboration with the **worldwide HR controllers**. It’s a unique opportunity to quickly drive your skills.

**You will be working on challenges that matter**

Your missions:

- **Contribute to FCM HR controlling and HR Strategy (80% of your time)**:

- Support the team in building the 5-year Strategic Plan of Faurecia Clean Mobility (scenario, geographical/product footprint, headcount, and costs impacts, talent/competencies impacts),
- Participate to the Monthly reporting process (consolidating inputs from our divisions, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the HR reporting, participating to HR controlling meetings to review forecasts)
- Contribute to the budget process through analyzing headcount and costs evolutions of our divisions to support the implementation of our global strategy,
- Lead process optimization design initiatives through the use innovative tools,
- Participate to specific deliverables (Gender diversity, M&A, international benchmarks).

Support Compensation & Benefits projects (20%)**:

- Support the variable compensation process (biannual payment campaigns to coordinate),
- Support for the Annual Salary Review,
- Handling international mobility topics in coordination with the International Mobility Team (creation of expatriation packages).

**What if it were you?**
- Master 1 or 2 (HR, Business, Finance, Engineer)
- ** Fluent in English** (working language)
- Mastery of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint (or ready to become)
- Analytical, rigorous and detailed oriented
