POSITION

Business:

- Build and reach the annual budget for EMEA according to the strategy of the Maison
- Construction of the annual budget with the finance team
- Anticipate any risks and rise opportunities to reach the target in a qualitative way.
- Monitor the reporting tool to provide qualitative and quantitive feedback based on the wholesalers KPIs.
- Anticipation & action plan implementation to ensure a strong sell thru and growth within the wholesale partners.
- Ensure a smooth invoicing flow with finance & CS to reach the monthly target.
- Project coordination for new opening, store, franchise, SIS or pop up : P&L, negotiation, Capex.
- Close monitoring of 6 showroom a year: respect of the specific guidelines, coordination of assortment strategy with retail Merchandising, budget achievement, & product feedback consolidation.

Strategy:

- Onboard and spread the vision of the AD.
- Implement a consistent strategy for the EMEA market, with an omnichannel approach.
- Upgrade the distribution in line with the assumptions of the brand
- 360 approach for a successful launch of the collections and capsule to develop the brand awareness
- Monitor the image of the brand within wholesalers and e-retailers: marketing, VM, assortment
- Set up and implement the online strategy with a long-term & qualitative approach: pure player / e concession / marketplace
- E-concession project manager:

- Coordination of the e-concession with the EMEA ecom team, retail merchandising and the partner with a 360 approach. Build strong marketing plan, coordinate and control the execution.

Management:

- Management of the commercial team: set the vision, onboard, motivate, involve, and develop the people
- Build a strong team, onboard & empower the people in the brand strategy with a 360 vision
- Keep high motivation in a challenging environment
- Encourage creativity and out of the box mindset
- Development & retention of the strong profiles

PROFILE
- Minimum 10 years of seniority in the industry
- Strong negotiation skills
- Experience with department stores, key accounts, and e-concessions
- Fluent in English, fluency in another language is a plus.
