**Tasks**
- Mediate between the customer and merchants to resolve complex disputes
- Handle complaints regarding orders by providing relevant and best possible answers to ManoMano.de customers independently or in co-operation with internal experts;
- Analyse potential problems of our customers and provide the required solution internally;
- Contribute to the development and optimisation of our customer service tools
**Profile**
- You have some customer service experience and a real sensitivity to the customer experience and a good understanding of the customers' interests
- Are highly motivated for this matter and have the ability to integrate into a high performing and motivated team
- You are a native German speaker or fully bilingual in German (perfect written and verbal skills)
- Ideally you have a good command of English/French
- You are very empathetic and customer orientated as well as proactive
- Adaptability and flexibility are very important to you
- You are a top team player
