Role Overview


We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Representative to join our team in Paris.



Responsibilities


  • Provide high-quality support to customers in German, answering questions and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our sports betting and gaming products to effectively address customer inquiries.
  • Work collaboratively with the customer support team to ensure seamless 24/7 service.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to improve product knowledge and support skills.


Requirements


  • Native German speaker or equivalent proficiency.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software quickly.
