Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Representative to join our team in Paris.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality support to customers in German, answering questions and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Develop a deep understanding of our sports betting and gaming products to effectively address customer inquiries.
- Work collaboratively with the customer support team to ensure seamless 24/7 service.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to improve product knowledge and support skills.
Requirements
- Native German speaker or equivalent proficiency.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software quickly.
