**Pour notre secteur pharmaceutique, nous recrutons un Business Unit Director (H/F) - Oncologie & Hématologie en CDI. Poste basé à Issy-les-Moulineaux.**

**MISSIONS**

Membre de la Leadership Team, il/elle est responsable de la croissance et du développement de certaines aires thérapeutiques de Janssen France, participe activement aux projets de la filiale et agit comme ambassadeur aussi bien en interne qu’en externe.

**ACTIVITES PRINCIPALES**

Responsable de la croissance des aires thérapeutiques dont il a la charge:

- Il/Elle est responsable du compte d’exploitation des aires thérapeutiques dont il/elle a la charge et de leur contribution au P&L de Janssen France.
- Il/Elle développe et met en œuvre une vision stratégique des aires thérapeutiques dont il/elle a la charge
- Il/Elle valide la stratégie d’entreprise pour les aires thérapeutiques dont il/elle est responsable en coordination avec les autres fonctions (en particulier le médical & l’accès au marché).
- Il/Elle coordonne l’exécution des stratégies commerciales et marketing en s’appuyant sur les leviers de croissance et s’assure de l’excellence opérationnelle.
- Il/Elle s’assure de la communication des objectifs stratégiques des aires thérapeutiques dont il/elle a la charge auprès de ses partenaires (organisation EMEA, autres départements Janssen France)
- Il/Elle collabore avec les autres membres de la LT pour les axes stratégiques pour l’accès au marché, la génération de données (vie réelle, médico économiques), la communication sur les aires thérapeutiques dont il a la charge
- Il/Elle supervise la mise en œuvre des stratégies opérationnelles Ventes et Marketing (budget, échéances, actions de communication, cibles,)
- Il/Elle est le garant de l’excellence opérationnelle de ses équipes marketing-ventes, définit les indicateurs clés, valide les mesures correctives proposées par son équipe.
- En partenariat avec les autres membres de la LT, il/elle est garant de la collaboration des départements de Janssen France entre eux.

Partenaire privilégié de l’équipe European Strategy Organisation:

- Il/Elle interagit de façon permanente avec l’EMEA et contribue à la construction de la stratégie européenne des aires thérapeutiques dont il/elle est responsable.
- Ambassadeur de Janssen France, instaure et anime une relation de qualité avec l’EMEA.
- Il/Elle pilote et participe à des projets dans le cadre de la relation EMEA

Directeur des équipes Marketing & Ventes
- Il/Elle s’assure, via le management de ses directs reports, de la responsabilisation des équipes marketing et ventes.
- Il/Elle attire, détecte et développe des talents pour occuper les postes critiques au sein de l’entreprise. Il/Elle s’assure de leur accompagnement par ses directs reports.
- Il/Elle est leader du changement en validant les évolutions d’organisation et de compétences proposées par ses directs reports, et s’assure de l’accompagnement des équipes.
- Il/Elle est le garant de la mise en œuvre des plans et actions de développement (suivi managérial, formation,) au sein de ses équipes et de l’acquisition des compétences nécessaires à la mise en œuvre de la stratégie moyen terme de Janssen.
- Il/Elle est le garant du respect des budgets alloués, des valeurs J&J, des procédures et des règles de Compliance sur son périmètre.
- Par son exemplarité, porte les valeurs Janssen, fait adhérer son équipe à la culture de l’entreprise et développe un niveau d’engagement élevé.

**Qualifications**:
**PROFIL REQUIS**

Formation générale : Bac +5 scientifique, commerciale et/ou business

Expérience professionnelle:

- 15 à 20 ans dans l’industrie pharmaceutique avec expérience dans des fonctions ventes, marketing ou autre management/business
- Management d’équipes de taille significative avec management de managers
- Lancement de produit
- Projets de transformation
- Rôle régional/international et expérience de management matricielle

Compétences/Connaissances indispensables:

- Connaissance de l’environnement Français de l’Industrie Pharmaceutique
- Bonne connaissance du système d’accès au marché et du remboursement des soins en France
- Bonne connaissance des aires thérapeutiques Oncologie et Hématologie
- Savoir manager et développer des collaborateurs
- Anglais et Français courant à l’oral comme à l’écrit
