Doctolib is looking for an intern or an apprentice to join the Talent Development team.
Your mission: empower each Doctoliber to learn and grow so that they unleash their potential and thrive within the company.
**Your** **missions**
Join an international team of 4 people to actively contribute to our projects aimed at offering Doctolibers an unparalleled performance and development experience, having the right tools to regularly assess and work on their competencies, giving them the levers to be in the driver seat of their career path and reach their development goals.
**In concrete terms, you will support the Talent Development team in the following areas**
- Project management (70% of your missions):
- Performance & development management:
- Contribute to project management
- Support change management initiatives to ensure high level of NPS in the performance and development assessment processes and rituals
- Internal Mobility:
- Monitor our performance indicators
- Carry out analyses for all departments
- Manage _Docto Stories_ our project to promote internal mobility
- Competencies management and Promotion process:
- Contribute to the steering of the project
- Support the change roll-out to ensure that 1. our competency framework is simple, actionable, 2. that our promotion policy is fair and transparent, and that these two processes effectively feed our managerial rituals.
- Talent Development community facilitation
- Manage our Corner on the Doctolib intranet
- Talent process support (15% of your missions):
- Support the team to accompany and structure the roll-out of Talent initiatives within the different departments (People review, calibration, promotions...)
- Team performance and KPIs analysis, communication of our impact (15% of your missions)
- Monthly monitoring and analysis of the Talent Development dashboard
- Preparation of communications, events on our topics for the organization
- Support for targeted communication campaigns

- You ideally have experience in project management (consulting experience is welcome) and/or in Human Resources
- You have an interest in HR development, talent management and HR innovation
- You are analytical, rigorous and pay attention to detail
- You are a good communicator (written and oral) and you are a good listener
- You are curious, resourceful and want to be part of this incredible adventure
- You speak English fluently
