QUI SOMMES-NOUS ?L'activité Systèmes terrestres et aériens conçoit des systèmes, des équipements, des capteurs et des services pour le contrôle du trafic aérien civil et militaire, la défense aérienne ainsi que le combat naval et terrestre.Le site de Fleury-Orléans est le principal site industriel de support et de services pour les activités systèmes d'armes et radars. Situé à la périphérie d'Orléans, ce site est également l'un des centres de développement et d'intégration de nouveaux systèmes.QUI ETES-VOUS ? De formation Ingénieur (ou équivalent), vous avez mis en pratique vos compétences en électronique, mécanique, électrotechnique, servitudes ?Vous avez une expérience confirmée dans une activité de soutien à dominante technique et dans une activité de maintenance ?Vous avez une forte capacité à travailler en gestion de lots et de projet, coordination d'activités et en transverse ?Vos capacités relationnelles, votre réactivité et votre rigueur sont vos atouts ?Vous avez le sens du service client et vous appréciez le travail en équipes ?Votre autonomie, votre esprit d'analyse et votre sens des priorités seront des alliés dans la réussite de vos missions.Vos connaissance radars ou systèmes seront un plus L'anglais est nécessaire à la tenue de ce poste.CE QUE NOUS POUVONS ACCOMPLIR ENSEMBLE : Le site de Fleury-Orléans est le principal site industriel de support et de services (FCS) pour les activités systèmes d'armes et radars de Thales. Situé à la périphérie d'Orléans, ce site est également l'un des centres de développement et d'intégration de nouveaux systèmes.Le Département Ingénierie et Support Technique Client de FCS recherche un Field Support Manager (FSM). Les FSM sont en charge du management des activités de services sur sites clients pour les projets de maintien en condition opérationnel (MCO) de radars de surface.Vous serez garant de la disponibilité des radars dans un contexte opérationnel fort.Votre rôle autour de 3 axes :Interface client pour l'exploitation opérationnelleResponsable du retour au bon fonctionnement des produits et systèmesVeille à la disponibilité des moyens et ressources pour assurer le service de soutienPour cela, vous :Pilotez l'instruction des demandes techniques de bout en bout ainsi que les équipes en action en vue d'obtenir le résultat attendu par le clientCatégorisez les FT (Faits Techniques complexe/non complexe) en liaison avec le Product Support Manager (PSM).Capitalisez les réponses et les dossiers d'instruction des FTRépondez directement au client pour les demandes et FT simplesInterfacez avec les équipes produits et/ou à l'assistance technique (volante ou posté) pour l'instruction des FT complexesRendez compte du suivi de la demande selon les Projets aux Customer Support Managers (CSM) et/ou au Client finalCoordonnez les interventions sur sitesPilotez les réunions de préparation à la mission (directives particulières )Assurez le suivi des plannings de Missions de son périmètre client/produitRespectez les impératifs de réactivité contractuelle.Assurez le suivi des interventions, validez les CR d'intervention rédigés par les assistants techniques (volants ou postés) et animez le retour d'expérience des interventions.Innovation, passion, ambition : rejoignez Thales et créez le monde de demain, dès aujourd'hui.
