Job title: People Solutions Centre Partner - French Payroll

Location: Alby-sur-Cheran (Haute Savoie)
- Hybrid

Mission of the role

To support and coordinate HR Operations processes (hire-to-retire, payroll, benefits administration, mobility) across the cluster of supported countries. People Solutions Centre partner will oversee operational activities delivered by External Partners (Genpact, Payroll Vendors, other external partners) and will handle complex cases and act as a point of escalation.

People Solutions Partner will support digitization of Hire-to-Retire processes as well as change management and training to empower employees and people managers to leverage Workday platform for essential HR processes.

People Solutions Partner will identify optimization and digitization opportunities and work with key partners (HR IS, Genpact, other partners) to drive optimizations.

Scope:
People Solution processing HR administration support and payroll. Supporting Case management tickets and escalations in a timely manner.

Position will be located in Alby, and scope is the Manufacturing Plant in France.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate HR Operations processes in the countries supported to ensure they are delivered timely and to quality by External Partners (Genpact, Payroll Vendors, other vendors)- Manage the Payroll administration and approval and ensure that payroll process is completed in schedule, provide final validation and sign-off for payroll- Partner with HR Business Partners and External Partners (Genpact) to ensure smooth service transition- Manage Mobility cases in the region in partnership with Mobility Vendors and HR Business Partners- Manage complex cases and process escalations - managing the communication and ensuring complete resolution for cases. Create a good Employee experience.- Support implementation of global Hire-to-Retire processes in the countries supported; work with HR Business Partners and HR IT to implement processes and manage change- Drive adaption of Workday and promote Employee Self Service and Manager Self Service for essential HR processes (change, communication and training)- Have a continuous improvement mindset to support further effective and efficient changes to HR processes,procedures and controls

Education and Training- Master Diploma- HR Training- 8-10 years experience in Payroll Management & HR Operations- Strong stakeholder management- Workday experience highly desirable- eTemptation/Horoquartz/Silae highly desirable- Experience working with and coordinating work of External Vendors (payroll, HR Operatons, Mobility)- Experience in HR Transformation and/or service transition desirable- Fluent in English and French
