**You will report to the Payroll & Admin Manager. You will be part of the broader Finance & Legal team, working hand in hand with other team members and the HR department. France scope will be the main focus of this role, but the geographical scope will evolve over time, together with the evolution of the company.**

**Payroll**:

- Manage the payroll for France (we are using Payfit) and, progressively, some of our international subsidiaries (with the help of international partners);
- Ensure the monthly and annual social declarations (DUE, mutuelle, AGEFIPH, etc);
- Working hand in hand with the other members of the Finance team to ensure that all necessary information is readily available.

**HR admin**:

- All HR tasks related to new hires joining Akur8, or employees leaving Akur8:

- Ensuring registration of newcomers across all Akur8 systems and tools : HR system (PeopleSphere, Payfit), health insurance (Alan), meal vouchers (Swile), etc.;
- Preparing and ensuring execution of all end of contract documents for employees leaving the company;
- Manage newcomers' onboarding process for all admin aspects;
- Manage / implement employee benefits;
- Manage reimbursement collection from CPAM and other coverages related to subrogation;
- Answer employee requests for all internal HR admin related questions (sick / maternity / paternity leave, holidays, transportation, certificates, etc.).

**Act as the backup of the Payroll & Admin Manager.**

**Requirements**:
**We're looking for a rigorous and innovative mindset, and**:

- You have graduated in Finance, admin, Human resources and you have built significant working experience in one of the these areas
- You have minimum 2 years in a Payroll, Payroll Accounting or HR Information Systems.
- You are proactive, eager to learn, and results-oriented, with an ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
- You have a sharp business sense
- You think in a structured and analytical way
- You are used to managing multiple projects and workstreams
- You are fluent in English and you have worked in international settings.
- Experience in international Payroll is a plus.
- Important: You must possess an employment status: French or Schengen area nationality or a ‘carte de séjour’ that will allow you to work from our Paris office. _
