**DESCRIPTIF DU POSTE**:
Responsable du pôle administratif, tu travailleras avec une Assistante administrative pour t'aider dans tes différentes tâches.

Tes missions seront les suivantes:

- Facturation : réalisation des factures clients, suivi des paiements et des impayés jusqu'au recouvrement si besoin ;
- Gestion comptable : rapprochement bancaire, collecte des justificatifs... Tu seras l'interlocuteur(trice) privilégié du cabinet comptable. ;
- Mise à jour des éléments contractuels dans le CRM Salesforce ;
- Traitement des éléments variables de paie : primes & commissions ;
- Gestion de l'ensemble des éléments liés à la vie de l'entreprise (commandes, gestion des demandes des collaborateurs, courrier, standard téléphonique...) ;
- Entretenir la relation avec les différents services de l'entreprise.

**TON PROFIL**:
Tu as une formation supérieure, minimum BAC + 2, en gestion PME-PMI ou comptabilité. Tu disposes d'une expérience de 3 ans minimum dans un poste similaire.

Tu maîtrises parfaitement le pack office et la connaissance du _CRM Salesforce_ serait un plus. Tu as un bon relationnel et des capacités rédactionnelles.

Pour toi, l'esprit d'équipe, le respect des délais et la rigueur sont indispensables.

**Rémunération**: 32 000 € - 38 000 € de salaire brut fixe par an selon profil et compétences + primes trimestrielles.
