Founded in 2014, Shippeo is a French based SaaS company providing supply chain visibility. Shippeo has grown from 70 to 220 employees during the last two years and is continuing to rapidly scale after an additional $40M fundraising round in October 2022.

Shippeo is an exceptionally diverse company with colleagues from 27 different nationalities and speaking 29 languages. With offices throughout Europe, North America and recently Asia, Shippeo provides global coverage to all of our clients.

‍ As a Project Manager, you will join a **team of 20 members** with diverse international backgrounds who are responsible for the **implementation of the Shippeo** solution across multiple customer organizations and a wide range of different industries.

You will lead** the implementation process **for multiple clients simultaneously, being fully responsible for the success of the roll-out. Your role will be central to the organization and you will have the chance to work closely with various internal and external teams.

Reporting to the Project Director, as a Project Manager your responsibilities will include:

- ** Guide the customer** through the whole implementation process - collect client requirements, build the project plan, support the technical setup, train the key users, handle regular reporting, lead change management.
- ** Organize and lead** weekly customer project meetings to follow-up on current and next actions ensuring a smooth roll-out as well as steering committees to review goals, progress, risks, and opportunities with all stakeholders.
- ** Travel occasionally**, if necessary for client projects or internal workshops.
- ** Work closely with our Customer Success team** to ensure project management delivery is aligned with clients required business outcomes.
- ** Coordinate and lead the internal teams** involved on the implementation (Product, Support, Carriers onboarding).
- Work on internal **cross-team projects and initiatives** to further strengthen our product and organization
- ** Identify risks and issues** to effectively delivering the implementation as planned and build a risk mitigation plan
- ** Collaborate with interns** on your projects and help them grow within their position
- Fluency in **English** and **Dutch/French/German/Italian** (knowledge of a third European language is a plus)
- 1 to 2 years of experience working in an Analyst or Project Management role, preferably at a consulting firm or comparable background
- ** Autonomy** and willingness to take on **challenging** **responsibilities** in a fast-growing company that aims to revolutionize an entire industry
- Strong **organizational skills** as well as the **ability to multitask** and **prioritize workload** effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent **analytical skills** to quickly identify problems and propose effective solutions
- Strong **communication** skills, both written and verbal in order to efficiently handle daily client and internal requests.
- Proficient **interpersonal skills**, demonstrated by the ability to build authentic **business relationships** and effectively **manage relational challenges**
