Nous contribuons ainsi à améliorer la performance énergétique des bâtiments tout en permettant une gestion efficace des patrimoines immobiliers et des infrastructures telles que ponts, routes, écluses, etc.

Leader européen réalisant une croissance à deux chiffres ces trois dernières années, Oxand recherche un Customer Success Manager (CSM) - H/F/X pour soutenir sa croissance.

**Le poste**

Chez Oxand, le CSM est l’interface privilégiée avec nos clients et assure un éventail large de missions au service de leurs satisfactions:

- Onboarding des utilisateurs : Le CSM supervise l’implémentation des solutions Oxand chez les clients et s’assure de la bonne formation et organisation des futurs utilisateurs
- Assurer l’adoption de la solution : Au travers d’un parcours client pensé pour aider les clients à tirer toute la valeur des solutions Oxand, le CSM les aide à piloter leur transition énergétique et l’optimisation de leur patrimoine
- Être la voix du client : En tant que contact privilégié du client chez Oxand, le CSM s’assure que l’ensemble des intervenants Oxand (équipe commerciale, conseil, produit, technique) dispose du bon niveau de perception des enjeux des clients. Il anime une communauté riche et diversifiée par le biais d’évènements virtuels et présentiels
- Optimiser la retention et la croissance : En établissant une relation de confiance avec l’ensemble des acteurs des clients Oxand, le CSM inscrit l’usage des solutions Oxand dans le temps et créé un environnement propice aux opportunités de croissance

Le rôle proposé intégrera pleinement une équipe CSM en pleine croissance et sera en charge d’un portefeuille varié de clients (collectivités, bailleurs sociaux, gestionnaires d’infrastructures) en France et en Europe.

**Le profil recherché**

Ce rôle de CSM te conviendra parfaitement si:

- Tu as une expérience en tant que CSM ou consultant dans le domaine de l’informatique, l’environnement ou l’ingénierie
- Tu sais aussi bien interagir avec des opérationnels que des preneurs de décision
- Tu places le client au centre de tes préoccupations
- Tu es doté(e) d’excellentes capacités d’organisation, relationnelle, de structuration et de synthèse
- Tu es sociable, persévérant(e), proactif(ve) et tu as un fort esprit d'équipe
- Tu as une bonne maîtrise de l’anglais à l’oral et l’écrit
