**Votre environnement**
La distribution de logiciels des éditeurs du marché fait partie des activités Technology Sourcing de Computacenter. Elle englobe les différents modes de commercialisation de ces produits ainsi que les services de conseil associés.

En tant que Sales Specialist Software, rattaché(e) au Responsable Développement Solution de l'offre Software & Lifecycle Services, vous interviendrez en support de l’équipe commerciale pour mettre en œuvre la stratégie commerciale définie. Votre mission consistera à contribuer à la prospection chez les clients, à qualifier les opportunités identifiées et à fournir des conseils sur les modes d'acquisition des logiciels. Vous serez responsable de l'élaboration et de la négociation des offres, ainsi que du suivi de la qualité et des échéances des contrats durant la séquence de production.

**Vos missions**
- Participer activement au développement d'une offre alignée sur les attentes du marché.
- Contribuer au développement et l’entretien d’un écosystème de partenaires compétents sur l’offre (éditeurs, grossistes, fournisseurs de services).
- Promouvoir l’offre auprès de l’industrie (partenaires, parties prenantes internes, clients).
- Participer à la construction des réponses aux appels d'offres et des accords-cadres.
- Animer et développer le pipeline de business sur le périmètre de l’offre.
- Qualifier les opportunités clients en évaluant leurs besoins et en proposant des solutions adaptées.
- Contractualiser les offres avec les clients.
- Anticiper et gérer les renouvellements des contrats.
- Assurer une veille sur le marché.
- Suivre la satisfaction client dans une démarche « Customer Success ».
- Assurer un reporting régulier de l’activité de son périmètre.

**Votre profil**
- Vous maîtrisez la gestion d’un plan commercial et la qualification d’un besoin client.
- Vous possédez des connaissances avérées sur la commercialisation de contrats de licensing et de souscriptions (SaaS).
- Vous êtes familier(e) avec des environnements IT Grands Comptes.
- Vous justifiez d'un bon niveau d’anglais, à l'oral et à l'écrit.
