Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking talent to join our LSE Retail Tech Operations team. We are looking for a technically capable individual to provide infrastructure support and leadership for Levi’s Southern Europe Stores (referred to as ’South cluster’) technical requirements and support needs.
- This is a hybrid role based from Levi’s Paris office and will spend 2-3 days a week working from the office to support integration with other business partner teams which is essential to the role. The role is regarded as a key member of the French and South cluster business.
- Key role metrics:

- Ownership of south cluster retail stores & business Tech support needs
- (This responsibility is 50% of the job)_
- Own south cluster retail stores & business Tech escalations, partnering with support teams and vendors to work issues through to resolution
- Working closely with retail teams to identify and troubleshoot technical issues, provide timely solutions, and maintain a reliable and efficient IT infrastructure.
- Successful collaboration with retail partner, business, and IT leadership stakeholders to understand challenges and opportunities.
- Own communication of technical issues and resolutions to key business stakeholders and IT leadership.
- Improve performance and availability of retail store technology solutions while enhancing customer experiences.
- On site instore support when required.
- Install, configure, and maintain retail IT systems and equipment.
- Ability to work flexible hours and respond to technical issues outside of regular business hours when required (flexible working encouraged to support this).
- Participate in the IT roadmap and strategies to improve IT operations for Retail stores.
- Managing varied processes between owned and operated stores, franchisee stores, Levis brand stores and Dockers brand stores.
- Provide guidance, support, and training to retail team members on Technology.
- Collaborate with other IT partners to maintain system security and ensure data integrity.
- Perform routine maintenance and updates on retail systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Manage inventory of retail IT assets and maintain accurate records.
- Technical support for South Cluster Projects & IMAC projects (Openings
elocations
emodels\closures\transfer of business model)

- Participate in IT projects related to retail operations as required.
- Ensure successful delivery, implementation, and support of IT portfolio projects.
- Working closely with retail teams to identify and troubleshoot technical issues through to providing timely solutions.
- Partner business model support

- Support Franchisee systems file integrations and be the funnel to partner Tech teams.
- External focus and communication with franchise partners
- Promote Levi’s technologies and standards to partners.
- Act as a point of contact for the partners between the business and IT.
- Proactively meet with partners and be known as the face of Levi’s IT for them.
- Documenting partner specific processes while maintaining high standards.
- Support Franchisee stock take validation.
- PO and invoice management for South Cluster Technology

- PO & invoice support for franchisees & O&O stores.
- Projects and new store opening procurement support.
- Own technical systems ongoing & yearly charge backs in partnership with finance partners.
- Support of data interchange for concession (shop in shop) partners

- Manage data setup requests for key South cluster concession partners such as Galleries Lafayette, Printemps Citadium, ECI, Intersport.
- Support product setup for key concession partners.
- Point of contact to support concession partner data\product issues. French language skills key to support big French partners, Spanish or Italian would also be beneficial.
- Project management and Tech support for new concession partner data initiatives.
- Monthly batch processing support for Concessions.
- Qualifications & key experience:

- Strong French & English communication skills, both written and verbal. Additional languages such as Spanish or Italian beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree beneficial, or appropriate combination of education and experience.
- 2+ years of experience in IT support, preferably in a retail environment.
- Strong technical skills in retail point-of-sale systems, hardware, and software.
- Experience of any of the below Retail systems beneficial:

- POS Ø Omni Channel technologies
- Payment Systems Ø Mobile Solutions (iPod, iPad)
- Traffic Counter Solutions Ø Network & Wi-Fi
- Experience with inventory management systems and concession retail models a plus.
- Logical and analytical approach to solving problems with attention to detail.
- Highly self-motivated; able to work in a fast-paced environment with strong interpersonal, facilitation, and comm
