About the role
**Responsibilities of the role**:
Partnerships’ development strategy and action plan
Define action plan to develop partnerships in France.
Identify, prospect and acquire partners through disciplined consultative sales process
Manage end-to-end execution of deliverables and achievement of milestones
Close deals and ensure conversion of opportunities
Product development
Support product innovation based on market needs and opportunities to growth
Partnerships’ renewals and expand Collaboration with multiple stakeholders to plan and execute business
Ensure training and growth of local France distribution team in order to leverage their capabilities to execute the development action plan
Partner with Regional & Global A&H teams to leverage best practices, identify opportunities and execute business.
**What we’re looking for**:
Master's level degree in Finance, Law, Business School, Insurance
Successful experience on a similar role with an insurer or broker, min 10 years
Expertise on the A&H product line
Distribution successful track record.
Digital savvy and demonstrable understanding of digital ecosystems in the context of insurance opportunities.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
Strong Project management skills
Ability to work in English on a daily basis
