**Mission and Main objectives**
- The primary mission of this role is to coordinate INSC performance monitoring
- Lead and coordinate DND activities with NE central team for INSC Scope (Retail program, Distribution agreement, escalation process, etc).
- Support markets to improve their territory presence
- Developing/Deploying strategic projects under INSC Scope Preparing and pre-levelling with necessary persons and meeting bodies
- Support Strategy and BP activities (New Market introduction, BP, QRM INSC, VCS, INSC Sales projects) + Sales planning activities under INSC Sales Operation Manager responsibility
- Manage Sales Planning coordinator activity

**Main tasks**
- Drive standardization, harmonization and optimization of the business process for INSC Markets
- Secure Nissan Dealer representation in INSC (NRC)
- Responsibility will be to Design, Develop, Implement, Monitor and Evaluate Sales and Marketing projects related to Distribution activity (e.g: Performance Management, Partner strategy, Cost of Franchise, Big Groups management, etc).
- Identify issues and area of improvements, propose action plans
- Provide a consolidated view of projects for Executive, reporting, coordinating and following-up with projects leaders and Functions
- Manage key players to unblock major issues
- Maintain good work relationship in all the Company and with outside partners, as consultation reference for projects within M&S
