Sales Operations Coordinator Europe
Mission :
Maximize the RBUs Sales Performance through the Nissan Europe Marketing & Sales strategy & processes.
Target:
Enhance cross functionality Enhance PDCA process Co-ordinate HQ support to RBU to succeed Automatize reportingJob Main tasks & responsibilities:
Monthly reporting of main Sales KPI (Customer Order Trend -COT -/ Retail, WS, TIV & Market Share / Sales channel Mix evolution (TIV & Retail) / Stock ageing) Follow up of Phygital main KPI (from Qalified visit to private order intake) Leads Agenda & PPT to ensure efficient meeting & minutes follow up Follow up & propose TIV per market changes for BP & reforecast. Propose & align target with Marketing & RBUs per Market / Model & channel mix per month (includes order bank analysis) Ensures that the RBUs challenges are raised & considered as part of the NE Marketing & Sales challenges & during the appropriate meetings ensures the link between NAE & RBUs Ensures coordination & liaison with CMMs. Assist in Securing Business Processes at RBU level. Ensure reporting & follow up with RBU on LTS & Stock target achievements as well as Self registration. Follow up of RRP (Retail Recognition Policy) result & potential countermeasure. Lead communication & follow up for sales contest. Assist in Organizing & follow up of all functional reviews with the RBUs. Assist in coordinating R&O & follow ups on their reporting. Collect & check all CAFE data coming from RBU & transfer them checked to "Cafe OPD team. Proposed & implement any automation process improvement. Lead improved data integration automation where identified (Test drive, SMIT contract, captive resale, LTS action plan…)Job requirements:
Min. 3 years of sales experience/practice Field experience is a plus Solid background in Sales/Marketing/EconomicsTechnical competencies:
