Dans les conditions réelles du marché, Inzerty propose des prestations (tests, supports, développements, etc.) à des clients (ESN, DSI d’entreprises, etc.) dans le cadre de régies et/ou de binômes composés d’experts et de salariés en parcours d’insertion.

**Mission**:
Votre mission sera essentiellement du Help Desk Niveau 1 : prise d’appels hotline, et/ou réponse à des demandes d'utilisateurs internes concernant leur accès et certificats d'accès à des services internes. La connaissance d’un outil de ticketing est un plus.
Les compétences techniques doivent être combinées à des aptitudes humaines telles que le calme, l’écoute, la communication, la patience afin de composer avec les problématiques des utilisateurs.
- Accueillir les demandes des utilisateurs (par téléphone, tchat et mail) ;
- Qualifier la demande suivant la nomenclature des deux services
- Apporter des réponses prédéfinies adaptées à la demande de l'utilisateur
- Assurer le suivi des dossiers.
**Profil **:Agent Service Desk (Junior accepté)
- Sens du service et de la relation utilisateur
- Savoir échanger à l’écrit et à l’oral avec tout type d’interlocuteur
- Mobile, organisé et dynamique
- Equipe jeune
- Se débrouiller en anglais
Type d'emploi : Temps plein, CDD

Salaire : 1 900,00€ par mois
