Nous recrutons un(e) Sales Representative pour booster le développement commercial de ces solutions SaaS.

Description du poste

Nous structurons les équipes Sales & Marketing, et nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) Sales Senior pour développer et faire grandir notre activité. Notre objectif est tout d’abord de développer notre activité en France et aux US, bien que le périmètre soit international. Vous rejoindrez une équipe animée par un Partner du cabinet Sia Partners, à la fois expert des mécanismes Conseil et vente de SaaS. Cette équipe s'appuie sur des relais internes commerciaux (les associés sectoriels) et techniques (les équipes produits).

**Votre mission : Etre en charge de la stratégie de lead generation et du Sales funnel**
- Analyser le marché pour établir la meilleure stratégie de vente : quelles cibles, à quel moment, avec quels messages ?
- Sur la base de cette cartographie et de vos connaissances sur notre marché, nos clients, nos deals et nos compétiteurs, mettre en place notre roadmap produit et notre stratégie marketing & brand au quotidien
- Superviser et réaliser les campagnes produits via notre CRM
- Identifier les prospects qualifiés et conduire les entretiens d’entrée en relation et de détection d’opportunités
- Convertir les prospects en clients en appréhendant l’ensemble de leur écosystème (sponsors, décideurs, opérationnels, acheteurs )
- Développer des propositions de valeur répondant aux besoins client, en intégrant les composantes de notre offre service et technologie (Heka)

**Qualifications**:

- Vous disposez d’une expérience réussie de 4 à 5 ans de vente dans le monde du SaaS ;
- Vous avez l’habitude de comprendre, synthétiser et expliquer des problèmes complexes de manière simple ;
- Vous êtes doté(e) d’un esprit entrepreneurial et autonome pour gérer les priorités ;
- Vous êtes à l’aise pour communiquer avec toutes les parties prenantes autour d’un projet ;
- Vous savez faire preuve de persévérance et ne pas vous satisfaire d’un non ;
- Vous êtes créatif(ve) et solutions-oriented ;
- Vous disposez d’un très bon niveau d’anglais, vous permettant de pitcher nos solutions à des clients anglophones.
