Rattaché(e) à la DAF, vos missions principales sont les suivantes:
- Mettre en place des projets corporate RH et les piloter dans le cadre de la stratégie définie en accord avec la direction France et corporate
- Répondre aux demandes des opérationnels sur les différents domaines RH : droit du travail, droit social, formation, recrutement, gestion des carrières
- Etablissement et contrôle des éléments de paie en lien avec notre cabinet (bulletins externalisés)
- Participation aux budgets
- Communications internes en coordination avec le service digital local
- Gestion administrative du personnel (Mutuelle, Prévoyance, Ticket restaurants )
- Gestion des absences
- Validation des notes de frais
- Gestion des nouveaux entrants (planning, matériel.,)
- Planification des Rendez-vous et suivi de la Médecine du Travail
- Collecte des informations de formation et établissement du plan de formation annuel.
- Gestion du matériel informatique avec notre prestataire externe (France)
- Gestion des amendes
- Gestion de la flotte automobile
- Interface IT avec le siège
- Participation sur la gestion des locaux

De formation Bac+3 minimum en Ressources Humaines, vous disposez de 3 ans d'expérience minimum sur un poste similaire.
Vous maîtrisez l'anglais aussi bien à l'écrit qu'à l'oral.
Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre rigueur, votre proactivité, votre discrétion et votre sens de la confidentialité.
