Céline Concierge is looking for a dynamic individual to support the team with a variety of administrative and creative tasks. Our company was founded in 2018 and has seen exponential growth since then. We are looking for somebody to help us manage and structure our admin tasks, working with the whole team to ensure that our operations and accounting run smoothly.
This role will report directly to our CEO, the one and only Céline, but will also work with all of our team members as well as directly with our clients and partners. We are a small team of 8, so there is no risk of you getting lost in a multinational
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide day-to-day admin and PA support to the CEO on a wide variety of tasks
- Assist with invoicing and tracking client payments and receipts
- Update spreadsheets and project management tools (ASANA)
- Organize client reservations (restaurants, excursions, travel arrangements )
- Help plan and manage our social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Medium, etc.)
- Undertaking research on new projects or ideas
- Helping improve our processes and systems (continuous improvement)
- Occasional local travel to run errands (e.g. picking up items for clients, dropping off keys )
- Occasional days on-call to keep an eye on client communications and respond to time-sensitive requests
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Excellent written and spoken English and French is an absolute MUST (C1 minimum for both)
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Proficient in Google Suites (Sheets, Docs, Gmail, etc.)
- Proficient in Apple products for everyday use (iPhone & Macbook)
- Takes initiative and can work independently
- Maintains the highest level of client confidentiality
- Is bubbly and fun to work with :)
- Knows how to talk to clients, keeping it friendly but professional
- Is creative And loves to learn new things
- Values their work/life balance (we are not here to exploit you)
- Enjoys making lists and staying organized
- Isn’t afraid to ask questions when in doubt and is a team player
- Is an excellent communicator, always checking and double-checking information for the success of their projects and clients
- Is highly detail oriented
**Location**: 9 Rue Ernest Psichari, 75007 Paris. Possibility of working from home occasionally after an initial training period.
**Salary**: Negotiable, between 1900€ and 2150€ brut mensuel
**Hours**: Full-time, 35 hours a week. Some availability on Saturdays is required.
**Contract type**:Initial 3-month CDD (renewable), possibility of a CDI
