Pour accompagner l’introduction de ce nouveau produit sur le marché, on a désormais besoin d’un.e **Business Development Representative** pour rejoindre notre équipe Sales et Marketing.

Au sein de l’équipe Sales et Marketing d’AnotherBrain, **tu identifies et attires les meilleures opportunités commerciales** pour accélérer la croissance de l’entreprise. Véritable moteur en prospection, tes tâches seront variées.
**TES MISSIONS**:
- Identifier les acteurs clefs sur le marché auquel tu es affecté.e
- Qualifier les besoins du prospect et faire apparaître un intérêt pour Blue Phosphor®
- Obtenir un rendez-vous de démonstration du produit avec tes prospects pour l'équipe d’Ingénieur.e.s Commerciaux avec qui tu travailleras en étroite collaboration
- Mettre à jour en temps réel le CRM Pipedrive et les différents outils de pilotage (Excels...)
- Suivre l'évolution des négociations en cours avec les Ingénieur.e.s Commerciaux
- Participer à l'évolution des process et techniques commerciales : nouvelles techniques de prospection, aide à l'augmentation des taux de pénétration sur les marchés...
**Requirements**:
**Profil recherché**:
Tu es doté.e d’un **tempérament de chasseur.se** et tu fais preuve d’un état d’esprit opérationnel : débrouillardise, autonomie, aucune peur de **décrocher le téléphone**.
Tu disposes d’**1 an d’expérience** professionnelle en tant que **BDR**, sur un rôle en **prospection B2B** (Outbound).
**Rigueur et organisation, attitude collaborative, excellent esprit d’équipe et humour** sont des traits de personnalité qui te caractérisent.
Enfin tu maîtrises couramment l’anglais. Yes, AnotherBrain déploie ses ailes partout à travers le monde
