**HR Business Partner (H/F)**

**Mission Principale**

Au sein de la Direction des Ressources Humaines de Cartier International et sous la responsabilité d’un HR Manager Senior, vous contribuez au déploiement de la politique Ressources Humaines sur votre périmètre.

Dans un contexte de transformation, vous êtes un véritable référent auprès des équipes que vous accompagnez et intervenez en tant qu’expert auprès des managers et des collaborateurs de votre périmètre.

**Responsabilités Clés**
- **Accompagnement des équipes**: conseille les Directeurs & Managers dans la gestion de leurs équipes, et les collaborateurs dans leurs problématiques individuelles (développement, mobilités...)
- **Evolution des organisations**: participe aux réflexions d’évolution des organisations et à leur mise en œuvre, en lien avec les orientations stratégiques et les obligations juridiques.
- **Développement des talents**: assure le déploiement du processus de management de la performance et du développement des collaborateurs, anime les Talent Reviews, assure la construction de plans de successions pour les postes clés, soutient les managers dans la mise en place de plans de développement individuels de qualité, suit et accompagne les collaborateurs dans leurs mobilités et évolutions de carrières.
- **Recrutement & Intégration**: pilote l’ensemble du processus de recrutement en réponse aux besoins de l’organisation, entretien un vivier de talents pour anticiper les mouvements, assure le suivi de la performance des nouveaux arrivants.
- **Politique salariale & processus budgétaire**: définit les packages de rémunération des nouveaux collaborateurs, est le garant du respect de l’équité interne et de la compétitivité externe, participe à la révision salariale annuelle en ayant un rôle de conseil auprès des opérationnels, prépare les exercices budgétaires et son suivi.
- **Gestion de projets transversaux RH**

**Votre Profil**

Diplômé(e) d’une Ecole de Commerce ou équivalent, vous disposez de 5 ans d’expérience en Ressourcesc Humaines au sein d'environnements matriciels et internationaux.

Fortement orienté(e) résultats, vous disposez d’un excellent sens du relationnel et de très bonnes compétences analytiques. Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre rigueur, votre proactivité et votre capacité à convaincre.

Vous faites enfin preuve d’une excellente maîtrise du pack office et parlez anglais couramment.
