- Territory Sales Representative
**Description du poste**
- Commercial terrain (Segment de marché MEDIUM) en charge du NCA et In-life sur un territoire géographique. Conquête de nouveaux clients sur le territoire géographique attribué, animation, fidélisation et développement de l'ARPAC auprès des clients abonnés rattachés au territoire selon la sales policy définie sur FY24.
Vous êtes responsable de la gestion et du développement des ventes des partenaires (revendeurs et intégrateurs) pour les solutions Sage. Vous déployez et mettez en œuvre la stratégie et les accords commerciaux afin de renforcer le positionnement de la marque chez nos partenaires.
Interlocuteur / interlocutrice privilégié.e des partenaires, vous assurez l’animation et le suivi quotidien, la formation et la motivation en leur garantissant un niveau d’assistance élevé (marketing, finances, etc). Dans le cadre de la stratégie commerciale, vous proposez et formalisez avec eux des plans Marketing, et mettez en place des actions de communication, de promotion, de lancements de produits, de roadshows, d’incentives,.
Dans une relation de confiance, vous suivez attentivement les performances des partenaires, effectuez des « business revues » trimestrielles (KPI, QBR, ventes, niveau de satisfaction ), et mettez en places toutes les actions nécessaires pour garantir des objectifs communs.
Toujours en veille sur votre marché, vous identifiez et cartographiez les revendeurs, intégrateurs et canaux de distribution concurrents.
Vous travaillez en forte collaboration avec les Territory Sales Representative, Presales, Marketing, Product Marketing.
**Responsabilités principales**
- Expériences et compétences:
De formation commerciale, vous avez une expérience de 4 ans minimum de la vente de solutions techniques via des partenaires (intégrateurs, réseau de distribution, revendeurs )
Une expérience de la vente de solutions de finance (Cash management, e-banking) est appréciée
Aptitude à travailler en mode projet, forte capacité d’adaptation
Excellentes qualités relationnelles qui vous permettent de fidéliser dans une relation de confiance Partenaires sur du moyen / long terme
Fortes aptitudes à la communication orale et écrite et expérience de présentations en public
Esprit d’analyse, crédibilité, sens du service client, disponibilité, vous permettent d’établir des liens privilégiés avec nos partenaires
Un niveau d’anglais professionnel est apprécié
