What you will do
Depending of the Field Sales Manager France Special Trade, the Sales Representative is the first operational point of contact of the customer, for Paris/IDF perimeter. He/She takes part in recommending products, presenting new product launches, proposing standard price offers and taking part in customer order-taking.
Main responsibilities are the following:
- Promote and sell tesa products to customers to increase distribution and sales
- Plan and organize effective use of time to meet the demands of the territory
- Reporting of field sales activity required through company specified CRM system
- Gain customer knowledge and share information with Line Manager
- Optimize active selling time per client
As a tesa ambassador, you create strong and good relationships with customers, not only by introducing them to our product range and ensuring that they are present and visible on the shelves, but also by training them about our products.

Votre rôle:
Rattaché au Field Sales Manager France pour la Direction Special Trade, le Sales Representative est le premier point de contact opérationel des clients sur la région Paris/IDF. Il/Elle participe à la recommandation de produits, présente les nouveaux lancements de produits et propose des offres de prix standard et participe à la prise de commande chez le client.
Les principales missions sont les suivantes:
- Promouvoir et vendre les produits tesa aux clients pour augmenter la distribution et les ventes
- Planifier et organiser son temps de façon efficace pour répondre aux exigences du territoire
- Faire le reporting de son activité via le CRM
- Obtenir la connaissance client et partager l’information avec son Responsable
- Optimiser le temps actif de vente par client
En tant qu’ambassadeur tesa, vous créez de fortes et de bonnes relations avec les clients, en leur présentant l’assortiment de nos produits et en vous assurant qu’ils sont présents et visibles dans les linéaires ; mais également en les formant à nos produits.
What you will need
- Sales diploma or equivalent
- 3 to 5 years of experience (including apprentice period) required. Marketing & E-commerce experience will be appreciated
- General knowledge of the industry and market of the segment assigned
- Good communication and networking skills
- Good negotiation skills
- Ability to recommend tesa products to craftsmen
- Ability to prospect
- Good presentation skills
- Strong customer orientation
- Aptitude for training appreciated
- English will be appreciated
- Driving license mandatory
