Dans le cadre de la croissance rapide de la société et de notre service Marketing & Sales, nous recrutons un _**Customer Success Manager**_ _**en alternance**_ _**(H/F).**_

Notre solution Staff & Go permet à ses clients de diviser par 7 la charge travail sur chaque embauche Nous avons l’ambition de devenir le leader français de la gestion administrative RH à destination des cabinets d’expertise comptable.

- **Nous offrons un suivi régulier et un accompagnement à tous nos stagiaires/alternants (réunion tous les matins, one to one...)**_
**Tes missions**:
- Accompagner nos clients partenaires (cabinets d’expertise comptable et professionnels RH/Paie) dans le déploiement de Staff&Go au sein de leurs clients (PME/ETI)
- Créer une relation de confiance avec les clients partenaires pour accélérer le déploiement de Staff&Go au sein de leur clientèle
- Organiser des réunions régulières avec les clients partenaires pour identifier les opportunités de vente supplémentaire
- Présenter le logiciel Staff&Go aux clients des partenaires pour inciter à la souscription aux modules Staff&Go
- Identifier les opportunités de Cross Sell et Up Sell afin d’augmenter le panier moyen de chaque client
- Accompagner les clients dans la mise en place de Staff&Go (_Aucune connaissance du logiciel n’est nécessaire. Une formation approfondie sur Staff & Go vous sera faite pendant votre intégration)_
- Concevoir et faire évoluer les séquences et les supports pédagogiques
- Collecter les retours clients quant aux améliorations à apporter à Staff & Go et les remonter à l’équipe produit
- Accompagner les stagiaires dans leur montée en compétences
- _**En cas de pic de l’activité, accompagner l’équipe support sur la résolution des tickets clients**_
**Ton profil**:
- Tu es en_**Bac+3 à Bac+5**_ dans le Commerce ou les Ressources Humaines
- Tu es une personne _**communicante**_, **persuasive **et _**autonome**_
- Tu possèdes un bon esprit d'équipe

**Le processus de recrutement s’effectue en 3 étapes **:
- Entretien de qualification téléphonique avec la RH
- Entretien de compétences avec le co-fondateur
- Entretien final avec le second co-fondateur
Le poste est à pourvoir sur Mulhouse ou en Full Remote.
