Rattaché(e) à la Direction Commerciale et Marketing et plus particulièrement au Responsable Service Clientèle, le/la Chargé(e) de relation clients aura pour missions principales de:
- Réaliser les cotations dans le respect des « car policy »,- Confirmer et accuser réception des commandes et des délais auprès des fournisseurs,- Répondre aux questions courantes des clients : outils, reporting, facturation, réclamations,- Gérer les modifications de contrats en collaboration avec l'ingénieur commercial,- Exécuter les campagnes Marketing dédiées ( pneus, tripartite, opérations spécifiques constructeurs ),- Traiter et/ou transmettre les demandes des clients jusqu’aux réclamations,- Mise à jour quotidiennement des «car policy»,- Constituer le reporting commercial,- Assurer les tâches administratives liées à l’activité dans le respect des procédures et des process.- Coopérer avec l’ingénieur commercial/chef de région/conseiller commercial pour assurer l’atteinte des objectifs,
Le profil idéal ?- De formation commerciale (Bac+2/3), vous justifiez de 3 à 4 ans minimum d’expérience sur une fonction similaire.- Vous êtes rigoureux(se), organisé(e), vous faites preuve de dynamisme, d’ouverture, et de flexibilité.- Doté(e) d’une bonne résistance au stress, d'une capacité d'adaptation reconnue de tous.- La maîtrise de l’anglais est un plus pour la prise de fonction.CDD de 6 mois minimum
