Position Summary:
Un poste de Gestionnaire de Clientèle est ouvert au sein du Customer Service.

**Responsibilities**:
Ses missions principales:

- Assurer la satisfaction des clients France tout en préservant les intérêts de la société
- Exécuter les commandes dans le respect des procédures internes
- Gérer le flux d’information lié aux réceptions des commandes clients en assurant:

- Le traitement des commandes
- Le suivi des livraisons
- L’envoi des factures
- La gestion des retours
- S’assurer que les réclamations clients soient traitées rapidement et assurer un accueil téléphonique des appels clients de premier ordre
- Garantir un niveau de service excellent auprès de nos partenaires commerciaux et de notre force de vente

What we are looking for:

- De formation BTS/DUT de type Négociation Relation Commerciale complété par une expérience réussie de 2 à 3 ans en grande consommation ou équivalent avec une expérience de 5 ans,
- Rigoureux(se) et orienté(e) systèmes : vous maitrisez le fonctionnement d’un ERP, de préférence SAP, ainsi que le pack office, en particulier Teams et Excel,
- Très organisé(e). Votre sens des priorités vous permet de coordonner les commandes des clients en lien avec les différents services de la compagnie (Ventes, marketing, supply, logistique),
- Diplomate, doté(e) d’une bonne expression orale et écrite et d’un esprit d’équipe.

**Langues** **requises** : Français, un Anglais opérationnel est un plus
