Au sein de la Direction des Opérations, nous recrutons un-e Implementation Manager en CDD.
A ce titre tes missions seront:
- Gérer avec rigueur le projet d'intégration technique de l’ensemble de nos solutions de paiements avec nos nouveaux clients, en lien direct avec l’équipe Sales en lead sur l’ensemble des phases de l'onboarding ;
- Suivre et tenir à jour les plannings projet sous sa responsabilité, et préparer et animer les rituels projet internes et avec le client, en formalisant les compte rendu de réunions ;
- Préparer et diffuser les reportings internes et externes de suivi de projet d’implémentation ;
- Accompagner nos clients dans la prise en main de nos solutions en étant force de propositions pour guider nos clients dans l’implémentation et tout au long de la relation ;
- Etre en support des marchands concernant les phases de tests techniques avant déploiement / mise en production des solutions
- Etablir des diagnostics pertinents sur la cause des incidents / défauts de performance et proposer des moyens alternatifs en attendant le correctif final (plans de réversibilité par exemple) ;
- Contribuer à la satisfaction et la fidélisation de nos clients à travers un accompagnement d’expert / conseil et avec un engagement fort de proximité, disponibilité et de réactivité
- Mener régulièrement des enquêtes post intégration technique auprès des clients et identifier les axes d’amélioration de la qualité de service ;
- Collaborer en transverse avec les départements Opérations, Finance, Lutte Contre la Fraude, Risques, et Product & Tech pour faciliter les travaux d'implémentation de nos solutions
- Contribuer à l’enrichissement de notre connaissance Produit à travers les remontées terrain et documenter l’ensemble des process d’implémentation technique
**Requirements**:
- Tu démontres idéalement une expérience de 2 ans sur un poste technique au service des clients dans les métiers du paiement ;
- Tu possèdes une connaissances des infrastructures techniques, et des modes d'intégration ;
- Tu possèdes une expérience probante en gestion de projets ;
- Tu es précis-e, organisé-e et autonome pour gérer les différentes problématiques ;
- Tu es déterminé-e et tu es en recherche d'amélioration continue permanente.
