**Descriptif du poste**

La forte croissance que nous enregistrons nous amène à renforcer notre équipe sales en recrutant un(e) Key Account Manager( brands) Junior (H/F).

Rattaché(e) au Directeur de Pôle Enseigne, vous aurez pour mission d’assurer un soutien essentiel aux Key Account Managers dans l’accompagnement des clients, ainsi que dans la gestion opérationnelle des plans d’activation vendus. Ce rôle implique également le développement d’argumentaires de vente, la réalisation d’analyses et la veille sur le marché et la concurrence.

Votre leadership, votre ambition et votre engagement feront de vous une partie intégrante de la forte expansion de Lucky Cart en France et en Europe.

Au cœur de la société, vous collaborerez au quotidien avec toutes les équipes impliquées (marketing, R&D, data et juridique) pour mener à bien vos missions.

**Missions**
- **Ventes**:

- Accompagnement lors des réunions avec les clients, en soutien aux Key Account Managers
- Gestion opérationnelle des plans d’activation vendus, incluant la saisie des informations dans Hubspot, la création de pages sous Notion, l’envoi de devis, la coordination avec les Customer Success Managers et les graphistes, ainsi que le suivi et la relance des clients.
- _Prospection commerciale pour l’expansion du portefeuille client._

**2. Support de Vente**:

- Développement d’argumentaires de vente (One Page Offres, offres de dernière minute, les temps forts enseignes )
- Préparation et présentation du “Master Pitch” pour optimiser l’efficacité des ventes.
- Revue régulière des innovations dans le secteur et suivi des évolutions des parcours enseigne
- Gestion et création de support de présentation sur l’évolution de nos solutions auprès des Key Accounts Manager

**3. Analyses**:

- Réalisation d’analyses, y compris l’optimisation et la réalisation des Business Reviews
- Élaboration ponctuelle de bilans des activations Lucky Cart.
- Élaboration de fiches catégorielles pour évaluer les performances commerciales.

**4. Outils**:

- Optimisation des outils de vente existants
- Suivi régulier et mise à jour des outils commerciaux (tarif, catalogue des offres)

**5. Culture Marché**:

- Veille concurrentielle et identification des principales tendances du marché.
- Suivi de l’évolution de l’offre des concurrents et partage des meilleures pratiques observées.
- Participation à des ateliers et suivi des événements sectoriels tels que les conférences sur le drive et les publications de LSA.

**Profil recherché**

C**ompétences**:

- Première expérience en grande distribution requise
- Expérience préalable dans un rôle similaire, de préférence dans le secteur de la vente ou du support commercial.
- Fortes compétences en communication et capacité à travailler en équipe.
- Excellentes compétences analytiques et capacité à manipuler des données.
- Maîtrise des outils informatiques (Pack office, CRM client )
- Avoir un état d’esprit entrepreneurial
- Avoir une capacité à penser en dehors du cadre et être « solution

oriented »

- Bac +5
- Ecole de commerce ou Ingénieur Agroalimentaire
- Anglais courant

Rémunération : 1 400,00€ à 1 800,00€ par mois
