Dans le cadre de son développement en France, nous recrutons un(e) **Country Sales Manager France **pour l’un de nos clients, **leader italien** et l'un des **principaux fabricants mondiaux** de capteurs optoélectroniques pour la **sécurité industrielle.**

**Entreprise dynamique, **guidée par son **savoir-faire** depuis plus de 60 ans, la société se positionne comme un **acteur clé du marché de la sécurité industrielle **en Italie et dans plus de 60 marchés à travers le monde.

Poste basé **en France** avec des **déplacements ponctuels **à prévoir au siège en Italie.

**MISSIONS**:
En tant que Country Sales Manager, votre mission consiste à accompagner la société dans son **développement sur le territoire français**.

Votre **talent commercial** et vos capacités de **négociation** vous permettent de **prospecter** et **développer un réseau de partenaires**.

Vous **animez **également** votre réseau clients** et votre **excellent sens du relationnel** vous permet de construire des **relations **sur le** long terme** avec vos partenaires.

Enfin, vous accompagnez la Direction italienne dans la **co-construction **de la** stratégie commerciale**, afin de pérenniser la présence de la société sur le marché français.

**PROFIL**:
Vous justifiez d’une **expérience** **de minimum 5 ans **dans la commercialisation** de machines et/ou dispositifs à destination de l’industrie, ou dans l’automatisation industrielle.**

Vous parlez **français** et maitrisez **l’anglais** couramment (la pratique de **l’italien** est également appréciée).

De nature **entrepreneure, dynamique et ayant le sens du résultat**, vous ne craignez pas de relever de **nouveaux défis** et êtes **motivé(e)** à l’idée d’accompagner une entreprise dans son développement sur un **nouveau marché.**

Enfin, **ouvert(e) **et doté(e) d’un excellent **sens de la communication**, vous pouvez évoluer dans un **environnement multiculturel **avec facilité.
