**Job Description**:
The VP Sales FBL, is responsible for the 3 strategic pilars on the French, Belgium and Luxembourg markets:

- The hunt for global accounts
- The management of a team of 5 sales experts
- The deployment of our strategic partners.

Key responsibilities for this role include developing complex sales strategies to drive new business revenue with Mangopays largest multinational prospects. This role requires someone with a proven track record of successful enterprise sales within a complex solution selling and competitive environment. Ultimately, this ultra high-level performer is expected to increase Mangopays relevance with some of the most influential platforms and marketplaces in the globe.

**Responsibilities**

Responsibilities will include owning the overall sales cycle whilst developing a growing pipeline of value-based revenue opportunities and fostering new strategic initiatives. Owning, negotiating and closing large contracts for Mangopay whilst collaborating across the key business stakeholders on each deal.

**Qualifications**
- You are a strategic negotiator and strong communicator. You are able to manage and lead time-sensitive projects within your own environment
- +7 years of prior experience in an enterprise sales hunter role selling complex enterprise software, technical infrastructure or financial service. Plus, if you have experience in the payments industry with platforms and/or marketplaces
- You're a proven deal closer and strong communicator
- Ability to combine complex information into a critical message which is needed to inform executive decision making quickly and effectively
- Outstanding communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a high growth organization
- Superior relationship building and exceptional consultative sales skills with a passion and hunger to win at all costs
- Results oriented, analytical, self-motivated and a “hands on” person with proven ability to meet objectives and targets
- 50%-75% Travel
- Recognizes and understands critical cultural approaches to doing business globally
- Executive presentation skills; including in-person, written, and verbal.
