A LA SOURCE est un cabinet de recrutement dédié à la distribution spécialisée et aux marques sport & mode.

Notre client, une marque de sport à forte notoriété, recherche, dans le cadre du renforcement de son équipe de directionson :

VP SALES (H/F)

Directement rattaché àla Direction générale et en véritable "bras droit commerce" du DG, votre mission sera de prendre en charge l'ensemble des sujets liés au développement commercial de la marque sur la zoneEMEA et USA.

A ce titre, vos missions consisteront à :

  • Structurer et optimiser les ventespar canal de distribution (réseau physiques spécialistes, généralistes, pure-players, retail, franchisés et O&O, cellules collectivités BoB…) pour l'ensemble des catégories (textile, chaussures, équipement) et des pays (France et Export)
  • Bâtir un planning stratégique pour le développement commercial de la marque,
  • Définir les stratégies commerciales et lesmettre en place en coordonnantles services internes de l'entreprise (produit/offre, Marketing / communication, supply et production, RH, finance),
  • Manager les équipes commerciales sur les zones géographiques, donner du sens et de la vision, former aux best practices commerciales du secteur,
  • Co-construire avec la DG le budget prévisionnel de CA de la marque, planifier etanticiper les besoins industrielsavec la production et suivre les ventes sell-in et sell-out ainsi que la bonne atteinte des résultats.

Nous recherchons pour ce poste un profil de Directeur Commercial expérimenté, issu d'une grande marque de sport ou lifestyle et habitué à manager des équipes commerciales sur un périmètre France et international.

Vous avez impérativement une expérience internationale et/ou export sur la zone EMEA, une expérience sur lemarché US seraun plus.

Vous connaissez les best practices de la vente dans le secteur du sport et vous en connaissez notamment les enjeux industriels liés aux impératifs et aux délais de création et defabrication,

Bon communiquant, pédagogue, vous fédérezles équipes sur votre projet pour la marque,

Orienté résultats, organisé, analytique et pragmatique, vous savez construire un business plan cohérent et réaliste et en assurer la bonne réalisation sur le terrain.

Manager charismatique et inspirant, vous maîtrisez les best-practises de l'univers de la distribution spécialisée sport, vous en connaissez les principaux acteurset vous avez envie de participer activement au développement commercial d'une marque à taille humaine.

Poste basé Paris et impliquant de fréquents déplacements en France et à l'international.
