Pour accompagner et renforcer encore notre croissance, nous cherchons notre futur(e) **Head of Business Development**. Directement rattaché(e) au CEO en attendant l’arrivée éventuelle d’un CSO à terme, il/elle possède un rôle central dans l’organisation en pilotant le développement commercial de l’entreprise. A ce titre, il/elle sera amené(e) à:
**Vos missions**

- Définir et mettre en place la stratégie d'acquisition de nouveaux clients
- Définir et améliorer les processus commerciaux d'expansion en "new new"
- Piloter l’élaboration et suivre le parfait déploiement du plan de prospection annuel
- Identifier et définir la stratégie d’approche de nouveaux comptes potentiels
- Accompagner les équipes dans la prise en main opérationnelle de l'activité prospection
- Recruter, piloter, former, accompagner et faire grandir les équipes de SDR et AE
- En collaboration avec le Marketing, co-construire le plan d'action Growth et Lead Gen
- Piloter le transfert des comptes stratégiques ou à enjeux à l'équipe Account Management
- Mettre en place la stratégie Go to Market de l'offre SaaS sous forme d'abonnement
- Identifier les cibles, mettre en place une veille et répondre aux Appels d'Offres
- Participer aux évènements du Club Beager, qui regroupent clients et prospects

**Profil recherché**

***:

- 5 ans d’expérience minimum sur des fonctions similaires idéalement acquises dans une startup de mise en relation freelances/grands comptes ou à défaut une ESN de taille modeste et/ou en forte expansion
- Parfaite maîtrise des processus de prospection et de closing en B2B (outsourcing ou conseil)
- A l'aise avec les outils de type CRM (Hubspot), Prospection (Sales Navigator), Bureautique (Google)
- Large réseau personnel et professionnel, capacité à mobiliser vos contacts
- Empathie et réelle capacité à manager avec leadership et bienveillance l'équipe
- Capacité d'analyse, de synthèse et excellente expression orale et écrite en Français/Anglais
- Polyvalence, agilité, souplesse et ouverture d’esprit, les missions n'étant pas figées et pouvant évoluer
- Rigueur, sens du détail, nous n'avons rien contre les perfectionnistes
- Autonomie et proactivité, vous savez gérer vos priorités et êtes force de proposition
- Humour, humilité, accessibilité, dynamisme, capacité à animer la société
- Adhésion au projet et aux valeurs d’entreprise, souhait de s'investir sur la durée
