The Clinical Specialist (VASER-EMEA) is responsible for supporting current and new accounts and participating in activities related to the commercial sale of Solta’s VASER® line of surgical products to hospitals, physicians,and other health care professionals within the assigned territory.Below key points but not limited.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assisting sales team and distributors in developing effective territory penetration coverage and account identification to drive sales and increase the customer base for VASER.
- Educating the customer regarding the indications, contraindications and safety of VASER and how it can enhance patient outcomes & improve surgeons’ practice.
- Installing and providing effective in-service training on products as required or appropriate.
- Supporting and helping to facilitate the execution of regional training workshops and tradeshows within the territory and area.
- Maintaining updated knowledge of the industry and competitive products.
- Developing and maintaining supportive productive and effective relationships at all levels within the organization.
- Maintaining compliance with all applicable quality and regulatory guidelines as an integral part of business operations.
- Maintaining consistent communication with Director of Sales and Senior Management on all matters related to the territory.
- Demonstrating a strong work ethic and representing Solta with high integrity ethics honesty loyalty and professionalism.

**The minimum requirements**:

- Plastic Surgery scrub nurse or surgical tech.
- Understanding of Lipo techniques (ideally VASER)
- Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing with all levels of employees.
- Ability to make effective and persuasive communications and technical presentations to physicians, management, and/or large groups.
- Ability to thoroughly understand and communicate the attributes and qualities of VASER using professional presentation skills.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Knowledge of FDA GMPs. Ability to function in a controlled environment regulated by FDA GMPs.
