THE ROLE

**Mission**:
This role supports the VP Brand and the brand team in building the global brand strategy on digital platforms and additionally the content creation. The Director will also help to lead local implementation of the strategy, working closely with the markets to use the power of digital & social media to facilitate and inspire connections and engagement between the products and its target audiences.

The Director requires the ability to work closely with the direct manager based in Paris offices, and to liaise and communicate internally with various departments, such as Marketing, Media & PR Communication, Retail teams, DTC teams on top of key license contacts.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design the digital eco system and related strategies
- Conceive and follow the production of brand content (360° usage)
- Design, coordinate and manage the digital campaigns and brand experiences.
- Partner with local marketing teams to identify need gaps for localized / local digital plans for launches and annual evergreen content
- Manage the relationship with license to build strong coherent plans
- Coordinate brand expansion across each brand’s social eco system along with the media and the communication teams
- Sprearhead digital innovation and partner with external agencies & internal expert teams
- Oversee the asset trafficking process between the creative agencies and global / local teams
- Partner with E-commerce teams at global and local levels to ensure delivery of best in class e commerce content & experience
- Define, track & achieve KPIs for all digital initiatives
- Lead, coach, drive and develop a team
- Oversee day-to-day budget management and supplier payments
- Track, analyze, and monitor results, identifying key insights to optimize brand strategy
- Maintain a strong understanding of competitor activity and activity within the competitive beauty landscape

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

**Skills & experience required**:

- Bachelor’s degree
- 10+ years of relevant digital experience at global level
- Experience in high end skincare
- Experience of US and / or China is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to communicate across the organization at all levels
- Strong planning and organizational skills with a sense of priority and attention to details
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to adapt well to change and multi-task
- Ability to demonstrate tact and discretion in preparing, disclosing and handling information of a confidential nature
- Demonstrate out-of-the-box thinking in approaching new and innovative ways of executing
- Has an enthusiasm to proactively present learnings and suggest new ideas
- Experience working within a global scope
- Hard-working, self-motivated and passionate about the beauty industry
- Proficiency in English
