Description du poste
En tant que CSM high touch, tu seras l’interlocuteur privilégié de 20 à 25 clients stratégiques de l'entreprise. Ton objectif ? Le déploiement de nos solutions chez les clients et la satisfaction de l’usage de nos produits. Tu te verras confier un rôle clé dans la stratégie de fidélisation et de croissance de ton portefeuille clients.
**Tes missions seront les suivantes**:
- Comprendre les enjeux de recrutement de tes clients et leurs problématiques associées.
- Créer avec eux une relation de confiance basée sur une haute qualité de service.
- Aider les clients à transformer leurs méthodes de recrutement (au travers de workshops, rdv clients).
- Les accompagner dans leur prise en main de nos solutions en leur fournissant les ressources nécessaires.
- Avoir une démarche proactive dans la gestion de votre portefeuille afin de lui apporter de la valeur ajoutée dans l’usage de nos solutions.
- Etre le garant de l'utilisation, l’adoption et la satisfaction de l’utilisation de la solution sur votre portefeuille
**Qualifications**:
Ton profil:
- Tu as eu une expérience en tant que CSM ou chargé de recrutement
- Tu es organisé(e) et méthodique
- Tu es également diplomate et as le sens du service et de l’écoute.
- Tu maîtrises l’anglais pour pouvoir échanger avec des clients internationaux
- Tu es reconnu(e) pour tes qualités relationnelles, ta curiosité, ton ouverture d’esprit et ta forte implication.
- Tu es capable de prioriser tes actions et de gérer un portefeuille clients.
- Tu as à coeur la satisfaction des clients
