Integrated to the EME Marketing direction as a member of the image and creative studio department, as a retail communication project manager you will centralize the needs and assume the production of all retail contents for SEPHORA EME. In that mission you will report to the Omnichannel communication lead manager.

You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:_**
- Ensure the coordination of all retail needs and the production of all the assets dedicated to that touch point for the EME region
- Follow the omnichannel key animation master plan: from the transcription of the brief into creative directions to the asset’s delivery
- Follow the single brand animation plan : definition of guidelines and developpement contents for single brand animations such as Sephora Loves
- Ensure the communication with our external partners: communication agencies and production agencies
- Organize the shootings for all the assets dedicated to retail needs: from backing the shooting teams to the follow-up of the post-production and finally the delivery of the creatives
- Ensure the follow-up of the project’s final deliverables (translations, versions, rights)
- Manage the budget allocated to those projects
- Be the key contact to the countries for their institutional or transversal requests: logo designs; adaptations of institutional assets etc
- Be the key contact to internal services for their graphic requests: Sephora university designs; Internal communication; Presse; Merchandising
- Participate in spreading the studio’s creativity and highlight its productions: work on the studios’ Newsletters and share it with all coworking teams within Sephora
Lastly, the retail communication project manager will have to handle integrate within its daily missions:
- The coordination with its digital counterpart in order to ensure the consistency of our omnichannel communications
- Actively complete a benchmark of our sector and be listening towards innovations and trends

- Fluent in French and have a very good level in English
- Have a communication school degree or equivalent - minimum license degree level or +
- More than 3 years of professional experience as a project manager - either with a company or with an agency with a very good knowledge of the retail
- You have strong interpersonal skills, you know how to adapt to your different stakeholders
- You are autonomous, proactive, agile and solution oriented
- You are very sensitive to the sector of Beauty and cosmetics
- You are curious and connected
- Perfect knowledge of the graphical chain
- Have a very good grasp of current IT tools: Pack Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- You will be called upon to work with all services relying on image, therefor organization and discipline are key to master this position
