Bandai Namco Europe (BNEU) is a leading global publisher and developer of entertainment content for platforms including all major video game consoles and PC.

BNEU is building its reputation with franchises such as ELDEN RING, LITTLE NIGHTMARES, THE DARK PICTURES ANTHOLOGY, and the upcoming UNKNOWN 9 Awakening - developed by the recently acquired Reflector Entertainment based in Montreal, QC.

Part of the Japanese Bandai Namco group, an entertainment industry leader with a presence in video games, toys and amusement parks, Bandai Namco Europe has 15 international offices with operations in 50 countries around the world.

**Poste**:
Within the Bandai Namco Europe Headquarters, you join the HR department under the responsibility of its HR Manager. You support the HR team with the HR internal and external communications on different channels (Linkedin, Company web site, Company intranet).

Your principal missions will be as follows (non-exhaustive list):

- Define in collaboration with the HR Manager and with the Communication team a publication calendar for the next fiscal year and for all our HR communication channels
- Draft HR news to be shared on our internal intranet
- Fill in the HR section of the internal intranet
- Identify and create content to be shared on our company Linkedin page
- Support the HR Manager with the creation and the implementation of our web career page
- Support the HR team with the creation of communication templates
- Support the HR team on the organization and implementation of HR events & initiatives

**Profil**:

- Currently enrolled in a bachelor or master’s degree, majoring in Communication or HR
- Fluent in English, excellent written and spoken communication skills
- French is a plus
- A command of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint
- A command of graphic design tools such as Photoshop would be appreciated
- Capable of showing organizational skills when managing different priorities
- Ability to work both within a team and in autonomy
- Rigorous and detail oriented
- Creative thinking
- Curious and willing to learn
- Dynamic and proactive

Location: 15 rue Félix Mangini, 69009 LYON (this position is not eligible to full-remote working)

Contract: full-time internship for 6 months (no work-study program)

Start date: January 2024

Remuneration: dependent on degree level (from €900 up to €1,100 per month)
