**Ipsos Strategy3 est le réseau de Conseil en stratégie marketing et innovation d’Ipsos, fort de 350 consultants internationaux présents dans une vingtaine de bureaux dans le monde et en forte croissance, reconnu depuis 2 ans par Forbes parmi les meilleurs cabinets internationaux de management.**

**Dans le cadre de cette croissance, nous recrutons un(e) Directeur(rice) de clientèle / Account Director.**

**NOS PROJETS**

Nous accompagnons les clients grands comptes internationaux dans de nombreux secteurs d’activité à la fois en BtoC et en BtoB (beauté, alimentaire, santé, services financiers, retail, services, industrie, tech, RH), sur 5 types de problématiques:
- Stratégie de marque : positionnement de marque, architecture de portefeuille, enjeux d’évolution et de stretch ou de mission de marque-
- Stratégie business : segmentations, benchmarking concurrentiel, market sizing, transformation RSE, développement de nouveaux marchés-
- Compréhension des consommateurs : expérience et parcours client, diagnostics de besoins-
- Innovation : développement de plateformes d’innovation, développement d’idées et de concepts, design fiction-
- Tendances et prospective : tendances sectorielles, tendances sociétales, scénario planning**VOS MISSIONS**

En tant que directeur de clientèle / account director, vous aurez la charge du pilotage et de la réalisation de différentes missions de conseil en marketing ou en innovation pour des grands comptes internationaux, en collaboration avec les experts études Ipsos. Vous aurez également une responsabilité de développement commercial auprès de vos comptes clients.

Votre rôle sera, en particulier, de:
- Préparer les propositions commerciales et piloter la réalisation des projets gagnés, sous la supervision d’un Partner/Vice-President et en coordination avec les autres équipes Ipsos impliquées (selon les expertises études concernées)-
- Développer l’analyse et les recommandations stratégiques, préparer et participer à l’animation des workshops clients-
- Développer la relation et l’activité avec les clients-
- Manager, former et recruter les consultants plus juniors-
- Participer à la croissance de l’équipe et au développement de nouvelles offres et de nouveaux projets**Profil recherché**:
Nous cherchons des profils qui sont à la fois « cerveau droit » et « cerveau gauche », car la particularité de notre équipe est justement l’intégration des données et des compétences:
- Vous êtes le champion des insights quali et intégrer une forte dimension quanti ne vous fait pas peur ? Vous aimez autant développer une vision stratégique que mettre les mains dans le cambouis ?-
- Vous n’avez pas peur de gérer plusieurs projets en parallèle, dont une grande partie en anglais et à l’international ?-
- Vous êtes curieux et adorez apprendre ?-
