At Thunes, we're revolutionizing cross-border payments. As our Account Director, you'll play a pivotal role in scaling our relationships with top-tier clients, including banks, MTOs, PSPs, wallets, and fintechs in Europe.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Drive account satisfaction and retention through proactive relationship management.
  2. Develop and execute account plans to boost revenue and market share.
  3. Identify and capitalize on cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless account management.
  5. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform strategic decisions.
  6. Provide timely feedback to leadership on account performance and sales activity.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in account management, preferably with financial institutions and enterprise clients in the UK and Europe.
  2. Operational focus with the ability to grow live accounts through planning, metrics, and organizational structures.
  3. Expertise in customer success management with a metric-driven approach.
  4. Strong stakeholder management skills, including compliance, legal, solutions delivery, treasury, and finance.
  5. Bilingualism in English and at least one European language, with advanced business-level communication skills.
