Notre mission : aider les gouvernements du monde entier à sécuriser leurs frontières contre le terrorisme international et les formes graves de criminalité.

**MISSIONS**

Pour accélérer notre croissance et répondre à nos enjeux de développement international sur notre marché aérien, nous recrutons notre futur Head Of Sales / Responsable Commercial.

**Cette création de poste offre des opportunités d'évolution, incluant l'exploration de nouveaux marchés et la possibilité de construire son équipe commerciale progressivement.**

Directement en collaboration avec Nabih, notre fondateur & CEO, vos principales missions seront de:

- Définir, challenger, diriger la stratégie commerciale de notre Solution GOVlink dédiée aux compagnies aériennes privées, à l’international (95% de notre clientèle).
- Piloter l'ensemble du cycle de vente : de la définition de l'argumentaire de vente à la signature. Cela implique votre responsabilité dans les actions et mises en place de process de la prospection active, à la qualification de leads, et au closing.
- Construire et maintenir des relations solides avec nos clients existants et potentiels. Comprendre leurs besoins et leurs enjeux afin d'assurer la satisfaction et le développement de notre portefeuille client.
- Collaborer avec les équipes produit et marketing afin d’assurer une cohérence entre produits / messages clairs / besoins du marché et participer ainsi à l’amélioration continue de nos solutions.
- Identifier les nouveaux leviers de croissance commerciale et la mise en place des actions pour acquérir de nouvelles opportunités
- Réaliser la performance de l’activité sales avec la définition des bons objectifs et KPI.

**PROFIL**

Vous avez près de 10/15 ans d’expériences sur des fonctions commerciales et maîtrisez le pilotage de stratégies commerciales dans un univers Tech (Solutions SaaS).

Egalement, vous vous reconnaissez dans les caractéristiques suivantes:

- Une compréhension approfondie des besoins des clients et la capacité de vendre des solutions adaptées
- Une connaissance du secteur aérien est un plus.
- La maîtrise du français et de l'anglais à un niveau bilingue (indispensable)

Vous êtes animé.e par le challenge et la conquête de nouveaux marchés : vous êtes combatif.ve et autonome.
- Poste basé à Sophia Antipolis (2 jours par semaine minimum)
- Déplacements : peu fréquents. Quelques salons à l’international (USA et Europe) par an.
